  Notify us of your intent to return by emailing our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return within 14 days.

  Ensure all timber, fencing panels, or garden accessories are in their original, unused condition and securely packaged for safe transit back to our yard.

  Arrange Collection or Drop-off

  Depending on the item size, you can either return the goods directly to our Bingley location or schedule a professional collection for larger timber loads.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned materials to confirm they meet our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
